A fourth-generation Texan, is a real estate powerhouse. Since 2003, she and her husband Phillip have closed over 1,000 deals and trained 87,000+ investors. Leading Austin's real estate association since 2004, which she acquired in 2008.

Olivia, originally from Brazil and raised in the Amazon, transitioned from modeling to becoming a successful real estate tycoon. As a mother of two, she fluently speaks four languages and skillfully balances her modeling career with property investments.
